Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone. Your memorized cards, quiz badges, and lesson position are stored locally. Deleting the app erases them.
I got a new phone. How do I get StockSpeak back?
Download it again from the App Store using the same Apple ID. You won’t be charged again. Progress does not transfer between devices.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Audio isn’t playing.
Check that your iPhone isn’t in silent mode and the volume is up, then try closing and reopening the app.
