Privacy Policy

StockSpeak (“the app”) is developed by Steven Davis. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

We don’t collect your data

StockSpeak does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it does not connect to the internet to function.

What stays on your device

To save your progress, the app stores a small amount of information locally on your iPhone: which cards you’ve marked as memorized, your quiz badges, your selected level, and where you left off in a lesson. This information never leaves your device, and we cannot access it. Deleting the app removes it.

Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment information. Apple’s handling of your data is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Children

StockSpeak is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, for example because a future version adds optional features that involve data, we will update this page and the effective date before those changes take effect.
